15 DAYS AND COUNTING!
It's here! It's time! Over two years of planning our Destination Reunion are behind us and we are down to a checklist!
This morning we are learning the worst of what Hurricane Helene gave the west coast and panhandle of Florida and our thoughts and prayers are for everyone in her path. The wind bands extended 100 miles from her center and registered 144 MPH as as category 4 major hurricane so it was hard not to feel her affects anywhere on the west coast. Those of us on the east coast of Florida experienced two days of intermittent squalls and no flooding as Helene churned up the Gulf Wednesday and Thursday and that includes our Destination Reunion Hotel in Deerfield Beach which is safe and sound awaiting our arrival!

We have a few classmates arriving on Monday, as well as the whole committee. Most classmates arrive on Tuesday so they can enjoy our Meet & Greet Tuesday evening.
An awful lot has happened in the twenty years since our last formal union at The Colony Hill in Hauppauge so it will be great to have a few days on the oceanfront to reconnect and share our stories.

I'll say it one last time. There's still time to attend especially for those of you living in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. Heck, we have classmates hoping to drive down from Long Island! AND there's still a good chance we can secure you a greatly reduced rate hotel room! At this two weeks out point, please make sure to let me know your last minute plans to attend!
Tickets are $160.00 at the door but we'd prefer not to be surprised so we can alert the chef. Our headcount is due to him for our dinner on October 1st!

Hotel Check In is 4 PM, Check Out 11 AM Early arrivals can concierge their luggage and find us in the Hospitality Suite!
We have a discounted Resort Fee of $20/day which you should confirm on your final hotel bill.
Self Parking is also discounted at $10/day or Valet for $25/day.
Handicapped Stickers = Free Valet

Check-in Tuesday and collect your Welcome Packet and Name Badges!
ESCAPE ROOM! 1:30 - 3:30pm (14 RSVP's/ $24pp) Don't forget your reading glasses!
This is a one hour Escape Room 10 minutes from hotel so we'll meet in the lobby at 1:30 to sign your waivers and get in a car pool. Price is discounted to $
MEET & GREET 6pm – 10pm (included with your Reunion Ticket) Join us for a Appetizers and a Cash Bar) at the Hotel Lobby’s Private Event Room. NAME BADGES EVERYONE! We'll have a Scavenger Hunt game and you could win a prize!
BEACH TIME/ Pool Time all day, every day
Grab a lounge chair and an umbrella and chill out on the beach! Volleyball anyone?
THURSDAY
PUB CRAWL - (35 RSVP's) 12:30 - 4:00 PM
Meet in the Hotel Lobby at 12:30 to collect your Pub Crawl swag and map and join us for all or part of the fun. This is more about last minute fun and games but we will have Happy Hour drink prices and Bar Bites at every stop! We'll have some special fun along the way including a unique contest with prizes immediately following our first pub stop that will have you laughing and cheering uncontrollably! This event was designed to allow anyone to join in and drop out as needed if they are checking out on Thursday. Hosted by Jamie
